These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through www.sanavaskincare.com and to your use of this website.

The website is operated by Sanava AB, Stockholm, Sweden. Throughout the site, the terms “SANAVA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sanava AB.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and any other policies published on this website.

2. Products

SANAVA offers cosmetic skincare products for external use only.

We aim to describe and present our products as accurately as possible. However, product images, colours, packaging and textures may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, device, lighting and production batch.

Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Product information on this website is provided for general skincare information only and should not replace professional medical advice.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical skin condition, allergies, highly sensitive skin, or are under medical treatment, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before using any new cosmetic product.

3. Use of our products

SANAVA products are intended for external use only.

Please follow the directions for use provided on the product packaging and/or product page. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.

You are responsible for checking the ingredient list before purchase and use, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

Our website may include blog articles, founder stories, skincare education, ingredient information, routines, interviews, and other editorial content.

This content is provided for general information and inspiration only. It is not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, skin condition, or medical concern.

Individual skin needs and reactions vary. We aim to keep our content accurate and considered, but we do not guarantee that all editorial content will always be complete, current, or suitable for your individual circumstances.

5. Orders

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms of Service.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance if there is an error, stock issue, payment issue or suspected misuse.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, incorrect pricing, unauthorised resale, or a breach of these terms.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in SEK unless otherwise stated.

Prices include applicable VAT where required. Any shipping costs, payment fees or other charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be completed at checkout using the payment methods available on our website. We reserve the right to update prices, payment methods and promotional offers at any time.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the countries and regions stated on our website.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs handling, weather disruptions or high-demand periods.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, additional shipping costs may apply.

8. Availability and order changes

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to offer a replacement, a later delivery, or a refund for the unavailable item.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

9. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in Sweden or the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery. This includes skincare products where the hygiene seal has been broken, or where the product has been opened or used.

10. Damaged, faulty or incorrect products

If your product is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund or other suitable solution.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

11. Promotions, gifts and discount codes

Promotions, gifts, samples, bundles and discount codes may be subject to specific terms and availability.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot usually be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw promotions at any time.

If you return an order that included a gift, sample, promotional item, bundle item or other complimentary product, that item must also be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

12. Founder’s Circle, surveys and community participation

From time to time, SANAVA may invite customers, subscribers or selected individuals to participate in Founder’s Circle, surveys, product feedback, waitlists, community activities, interviews, early-access opportunities or other brand initiatives.

Participation is voluntary and may be subject to availability, eligibility criteria, separate instructions or additional terms. Submission of an application, sign-up form, survey response or expression of interest does not guarantee selection, participation, gifts, discounts, early access, compensation or any other benefit.

By submitting feedback, comments, survey responses, reviews, images, testimonials or other content to SANAVA, you allow us to use, reproduce, edit, publish and display that content for business, product development, research, marketing and customer-service purposes, where permitted by law.

We will handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where required, we may ask for additional consent before using your name, image, likeness or identifiable testimonial in public marketing.

Participation in any SANAVA community initiative does not create an employment, agency, partnership, ambassador, influencer or commercial relationship unless this has been separately agreed in writing.

13. Personal information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We process personal data in order to manage orders, payments, deliveries, customer service, legal obligations and, where applicable, marketing communications.

14. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, product names, brand names, logos, design elements, videos and other materials, belongs to SANAVA or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

If you submit reviews, comments, feedback, images, messages or other content to us, you grant SANAVA the right to use, reproduce, edit, publish and display that content for business, marketing and customer-service purposes, where permitted by law.

We reserve the right to remove or edit user-submitted content at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SANAVA is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability in relation to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

19. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, supply-chain disruption, customs delays, technical failures, strikes, natural events, government actions or other force majeure events.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sweden.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter directly.

As a consumer, you may also contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes. We will participate in dispute resolution procedures where required by law.

You may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, where applicable.
