Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through www.sanavaskincare.com

The website is operated by Sanava AB, Stockholm, Sweden. Throughout this policy, the terms “SANAVA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sanava AB.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the countries and regions available at checkout.

Available shipping destinations may change from time to time. If your location is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that destination.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping above a certain order value or as part of a promotion. Any applicable free-shipping threshold will be shown on our website or at checkout.

If an order is partially returned and the final order value falls below the free-shipping threshold, the standard shipping cost that would have applied to the remaining order may be deducted from your refund, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days after the order has been placed and payment has been received.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Swedish public holidays.

During launch periods, promotions, high-demand periods or circumstances outside our control, processing times may be longer.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier capacity, customs handling, weather conditions, public holidays, high-demand periods or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery method and tracking

When your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where tracking is available.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you, additional shipping costs may apply. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information after placing an order. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed or dispatched.

Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected, refused, or returned to us by the carrier, we may deduct the costs associated with shipping, return shipping and handling from any refund, where permitted by law.

An uncollected parcel is not the same as exercising your statutory right of withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, please contact us in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect deliveries

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of the damaged package or product so that we can review the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund or other suitable remedy. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier.

If a delivery is delayed or missing, Swedish consumer rules may give consumers rights in relation to late or missing delivery.

International shipping, customs and taxes

If we ship outside Sweden, your order may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges depending on the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs handling may also affect delivery times.
